I am extremely passionate about helping individuals achieve their full potential. This can be on their career journey or at a company level to help their team & company grow and perform. This is why I started Zeal.
Why Operations & Strategy Consulting
I joined Accenture, a large Fortune 500 consulting company, in 2017. During this time, I consulted global companies to improve their sales strategies, business offerings, and core competencies. In 2021, I joined a venture-backed startup to drive operations for a marketplace company. I led a team of three to build out various growth projects that yielded a 10%–40% increase in KPIs and later became a regional senior manager to lead the largest of the three regions, which accounted for 45% of total company revenue. During this time, I primarily focused on sales optimization and improving processes to increase customer retention, yielding growth on KPIs.

Why Career Advisory?
In university, I joined a youth-led organisation that focuses on youth empowerment globally. I worked my way up to becoming president of the organisation. During this time I oversaw 90 full-time volunteers, of whom eight department vice presidents reported directly to me. My office, at the end of the year, was top performing against the other 32 others nationally and also grew year over year on all KPIs. During my time in this role, the most rewarding opportunity was providing coaching and guidance to my direct reports, some of whom I still coach and mentor today.
At both Accenture and the start-up I worked at, I took on mentorship roles within the organisation to help more junior employees navigate workplace dynamics and plan their careers. Additionally, I have been on multiple non-profit boards where I provide corporate coaching and guidance to non-profit executives.
Informally, I have helped many students with job and graduate education applications, providing CV and essay reviews.
